Shipping Inquiries

How long does shipping take?

-Shipping requires a 5-8 business day window to process, however, most orders are shipped before then.

How are packages shipped?

-Packages are shipped through USPS and FedEx.

What about international shipping?

-International shipping is still in the works, but we will have that up and running as soon as we can.

How much do I pay for shipping?

-If you order anything under $30, your shipping costs will be calculated and added to your final total depending on where you are located. Shipping for orders over $30 is free.

Returns and Exchanges / Refunds

What if I receive a product that is damaged or misplaced during shipping?

-We understand that things happen during transit. Please inspect your package and contact us immediately if the item(s) are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

What about returns?

-Our personal care goods (beauty products) are not returnable for safety and liability reasons. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

What about refunds?

-Each product is made to order. Due to the nature of this, and a small team, refunds are not available at this time and all purchases are final after checkout.

Rewards / Referral Program

How do rewards work?

-For every $1 spent on the website, each customer will receive 5 points that can be found under the customer portal. When the customer spends up to $100 on the website, that will equal 500 points which they can redeem for a $5 off coupon towards any product of their choice.

How does the referral program work?

-When a customer refers a friend or family member to the website and purchase their first item, both parties will receive a $5 off coupon that they can redeem for any product of their choice.

What happens if I use all my points?

-Your point system will automatically reset and you'll have a chance to reach 500 points again on the website.

Can I follow your business on social media?

-Yes, our instagram and twitter handles are listed on the contact page, as well as a link that can take customers right to the page. Customers can also contact us through our social media profiles, and we will respond accordingly.
